In this episode, we explore why traditional coping mechanisms for anxiety—avoidance, pleasing, and control—are not only insufficient but can also exacerbate the problem.

Although these methods provide short-term relief, they fail to address the root causes of anxiety, ultimately deepening the issue.

Instead, if we work to build trust in ourselves, face our fears, and ultimately shift our focus from external validation to internal self-trust, we will foster a more empowering approach to dealing with our anxiety.

Remember, true healing comes from within, and individuals have everything they need inside themselves to achieve peace and self-appreciation.
