It's been a few months since my last recording but I'm back! I decided to start the podcast up again with a little update as to how my life has been and all the changes that have happened! One big lesson that I've learned these last few months is the importance of being empowered and empowering others. As women the word empowered is defined differently for each and every one of us; some of us may not realize how empowered we really are and just need some help understanding that they too are empowered and are not alone. It's important for us to stand together and help each other along the way; that's the beauty of this life.
