From age 24, he successfully managed the growth of his family-owned freight forwarding company, then a soul-searching moment led him to use his passion for sport and health to co-found his UK sports enterprise. He built and sold the company in 2006 to achieve his dream of settling in Australia.
Roger’s journey includes helping Australian business owners achieve their succession plan. As a respected and licensed business broker, Roger discovered too many business owners were failing to maximise the value of their enterprise. Roger found this gap astonishing, and the statistics ignited his obsession to help entrepreneurs to get what they want.
