We are living in a constant state of information overload. It does not seem as if all of this information that we have at our disposal on our fingertips is making the situation any better. We know more than we've ever known before, and yet we are more worn out, exhausted, maxed out, and tapped out than we could dream of. In the midst of all of it, how's your soul? What are you watching, reading, or listening to that is intentionally or unintentionally shaping your thought life and setting course for your soul? You will not have a rested soul if you do not have a renewed mind. "I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship.2 Do not be conformed to this world,[c] but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect."
