You may have heard of PFAS, also known as "forever chemicals," but how much do you really know about them? These chemicals are found in everyday items—from non-stick cookware to water-resistant fabrics—and are linked to harmful health effects. Yet, despite all the media attention, there are still more questions than answers, especially when it comes to protecting ourselves and our families.
To help us navigate this complex topic, I spent 30 minutes with Dr. Daniel Drage, an Associate Professor at the University of Birmingham who has spent decades researching persistent organic pollutants like PFAS. In this video, we’ll dive into what PFAS are, their potential risks, and most importantly, how we can minimise exposure in our daily lives.
If you care about the health of your loved ones, this is a conversation you can’t afford to miss. Listen, share with those who need to know, and feel free to ask questions or leave your thoughts in the comments below!
