Welcome to ”Dog Training Bytes” – the show where canine professionals share their key takeaways, big a-ha moments, and hardest lessons learned from working with dogs.

On today’s episode, Mattison is speaking with Jordan Hurt!

Jordan Hurt is the owner and Trainer at Seeking Foundations Dog Training, based out of Morrisville, Pennsylvania. She is an up and coming professional with three years of experience in walking, sitting, and boarding dogs. She is a graduate of the Tulsa Pack Athletics Apprenticeship and Freed by Training Mentorships of 2023, and has attended 1:1 daily training with her own furry family.

Her training focuses on dogs similar to her companion, Asuka, who is a senior American Staffordshire rescued from NJ in 2020. Jordan hopes to share her experiences and knowledge with anybody who will listen, to help the world better understand how to communicate and build bonds with dogs from various backgrounds.

Seeking Foundations Dog Training is all about creating relationships that work for individual families and their dogs, whether adopted, rescued, fostered, or from breeders. At SFDT you can experience 1:1 virtual or hybrid training with aftercare opportunities and open, guided communication through each day of the process.

You can connect with Jordan on Instagram at @Seeking_Foundations or through her website.
