A life-threatening illness some 45 years ago introduced me to Science of Mind, which gave me answers I didn’t find anywhere else to life-long questions, supporting my quest for better ways to be, think, react – finding more effective ways of uncovering and removing the self-sabotage and effects of stress that can so often accompany this kind of background. Part of that journey has been training in a range of alternative and complementary therapy modalities as both a practitioner and teacher– including the study of metaphysics, the mind/body connection, and non-denominational spirituality or mysticism.
