Self-care is something I find extremely difficult, but I also believe it’s extremely important. I know I need to work on it, so I thought maybe we could do it together. Does that sound okay?

Your self-care practice has to be more all-encompassing than that if you expect to prevent burnout and be able to show up at your best in life and business.
