Born in Tijuana, Mexico - Laura tells us her journey from becoming an illegal immigrant and crossing the border at the tender age of 4 years old, growing up in a broken home, being a few days away from graduating high school - not having enough electives and being forced to earn her GED, from literally living her life on egg shells in fear of being deported and separated from her husband and four children. . . . Laura’s honestly in this episode is awe inspiring as she details her life through her open book. Since getting her green card (and soon being able to apply for her US Citizenship) life has turned around for her and she is far from who she use to be. Laura is a wife, mother of 4 and a very talented Interior Decorator and Event Planner. Her work is definitely on the horizon and much much more success is lined up for her! . .
