Happy Holidays gang!
Today we had the pleasure of sitting with our girl HawtCoco, one of Houston's finest cosmetologist. The name definitely speaks for itself, if you know you know! We got into the disconnect between clients and service providers these days. With everybody bashing each other we just wanted to talk to someone really in the field not just an internet thumper and see, what's really happening in that salon chair. She gave us some good insight from the stylist perspective, but what do y'all think? Did we get to the bottom of it? How do you guys feel as clients?
