In episode three, we're talking about doubt. And we're talking about the fact that doubt is always going to be there. So whatever it is that you're choosing for yourself, whatever it is that you're reaching for, the goals that you're setting, the visions that you have, doubt, and its friend fear, is gonna come along for the ride. I'm telling a story about launching this podcast and the doubt and fear that kicked in, leading up to launch day. Overthinking kicked in, and doubt and fear really took up residence in my mind about whether or not this was the right thing to do. We're talking about acknowledging that doubt and fear are most likely always going to be there, especially when we are growing, and we're making choices to change. We're talking about consciously acknowledging when doubt and fear kick in, and when it is because you're wanting to step outside of your comfort zone. When it is when you're wanting to change something for yourself and having the courage to take that step. Having the courage to take the leap, and do it anyway.
