Is what's on the on the surface the full version of the truth or are you making assumptions based on your experiences and understanding? For the people on your team who are saying "I'm fine. Everything's okay." Do you think that's true? Or are they just out of energy from constantly trying to be seen or included and its easier to give a safe, generic answer?

It's time to talk about where in your life it might be possible that looks can be deceiving and how making assumptions is impacting productivity and engagement of your team.

Lisa invites her guest, Jay Pryor, to help all of us test those assumptions, question what we might think to be true and ultimately, live a more conscious life, with the ability to be fully present at work and in our lives.
