I first met Meena when she was teaching graphic design and illustration at Virginia State University back in 2013. Meena has learned how to stand up for herself and has learned a lot about negotiations and sacrifice. She is a driven multi-faceted creative who is a mom and works with her spouse. Her story is inspiring and is full of experimentation. She is an artist who pivots, explores, and breaks out of boxes. Meena creates more than collage illustration which she is best known for, we will find out what she has been learning and researching.
