New segment on the show: Peek behind the curtain into what a coaching call sounds and feels like!

In this episode, we go deep into “E’s” anxiety within dating. We explore the origins of her attachment wounds and how it impacts her ability to connect with someone she is dating. For her, she picks up on the smallest changes in behavior in the person she is seeing and tells herself the story that “They don’t care about me.”

Together we worked with a few tools and practices to help alleviate this and get her needs met in relationship.

During the session, we also explore:

  • A shadow work & somatic practice to help soothe anxiety and resolve core wounds from the past
  • Practical communication tools to have healthier, more secure relationships
  • How to stop overthinking and use body mapping instead
  • How to balance communicating and getting your needs met by a partner and being able to meet your needs yourself.
  • What to do when you don’t feel you have control over your thoughts

DO YOU STRUGGLE WITH BOUNDARY SETTING? GET MY NEW COURSE, THE WISDOM OF BOUNDARIES.

Highlights:

(04:46) Understanding E’s relationship patterns

(08:21) Attachment is not an identity

(13:02) Finding solid ground within shifting relationship dynamics
