- This podcast episode #26 is about (Bad Habits Vs. Good Habits - What habits can improve or make your life worse or stagnant? A 5 Step Action Plan to replace bad habits with Good Habits, and More!)

  • - Within this episode, I will share with you the - BIG IDEA: (Steps/Systems of removing bad habits for good ones.)

Step 1: Become Self Aware of your bad/good habits!

Step 2: Identify how they're affecting your life, productivity, joy, health/well-being, success, relationships, etc.

Step 3: Then write the (above/previous) answers/observations down on paper or your phone notes.

Step 4: Following this, write down/ponder the kind owf life you desire to live (having a vision of your desired life), will help you stay focused and disciplined, and consistent daily

Step 5: Set Daily/Weekly/Monthly… SMART Goals:

S: Specific - Set real numbers with real deadlines and goals.

M: Measurable - Consistently Track progress made with your goal.

A: Attainable - Know Yourself and your capabilities, and what your potential is, plus how far you can grow, beyond your current comfort zone/skills/progress…

R: Realistic- Set huge goals out of your reach and comfort zone, but also focus on small goals/systems/ways to

T: Time-Bound/Set a Date to achieve your goal.

[Use this ABOVE system to track replacing my bad habits with good habits.])

Good Daily Habits:

  • Make your bed
  • Read nightly/daily
  • ETC.

CTA: Take some time today and this week to envision the life that you want, trust God with your actions/lifestyle/words/commitments/work/ passions…, and work on removing one bad habit each week and replacing those with a good habit.
