It's easy to start any brand new adventure or season with an expectation made up in our own minds. What happens when in the days to come the expectations are not the way it really works? There are a lot of preconceived expectations of what a life as a follower of Jesus looks like in our world today. Most expectations are based upon each person's personality, experiences, and possibly hopes of what will happen in certain amounts of time. The reality is discovering Jesus is just that, it's a continual discovery of God who loved us so much that He gave His only Son for our rescue.
