In Part 2 of their conversation, Bobby talks with his friend Conor Donahue about the mental, physical, and spiritual lessons he learned from "Hell Week" and his training as a Navy Seal.

Conor grew up in Northern Virginia and was commissioned as an Officer in the US Navy, completed Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL (BUD/S) training, and became a Navy SEAL. Conor served in the SEAL Teams for nine years with multiple combat deployments in the Middle East and Africa.

After leaving active duty, he earned an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and has worked several jobs in the private sector. Conor is an Eagle Scout, an Ironman, and lives in the DFW area with his wife and kids.
