This is the spoiler heavy review of the DCEU's latest addition, Black Adam, starring Dwayne Johnson as the DC anti-hero. Does the introduction of Dr. Fate, Hawkman, Cyclone, and Atom Smasher work, how is The Rock's performance as Black Adam? We go further on what we thought of the new superhero genre film and what worked and why a lot didn't. Lastly, we give our updated power hierarchy ranking of the DCEU films. This ranking is only for in cannon films, not movies such as Joker or The Batman that are outside of continuity.
