Named President and Chief Executive Officer in 2002 of Downtown Cincinnati Inc., David is a leading member of the civic team working to achieve the non-profit organization’s mission “to build downtown Cincinnati as a dynamic metropolitan center valued as the heart of the region.” David joined Downtown Cincinnati Inc. at its inception in 1994 as Vice President of Retail Development. The organization initiated the highly recognized Downtown Ambassador program, a team of more than 30 who provide enhanced clean, safe, and hospitality services throughout downtown. Prior to joining Downtown Cincinnati Inc., David spent more than 23 years in the retail industry. David serves on the Board of Directors of the International Downtown Association, Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber, Greater Cincinnati Convention and Visitors Bureau, Cincinnati Arts Association, REDI Cincinnati and OKI Regional Council of Governments.
