Today I am excited to be joined by my coach, Steve Powers, with the Mike Ferry organization. We are going to talk with him about the advantages of listing your home with a Mike Ferry trained agent like myself.

When you’re looking to hire an agent, you want to pay special attention to a few details. For one, you want someone who is professionally trained. You want someone like myself, who spends their time and money to get educated and learn about the latest and greatest ways to sell homes in the Tahoe/Truckee area.


If you’re a seller, one of the most important things you can do is hiring an agent that works in the business full-time. Selling a home takes a lot more work than just putting a sign in the yard and listing the home on the MLS. My goal is to actively work to sell your home and we want to get multiple offers and multiple showings to get you the highest offer possible.

I’ve been coaching with Steve for 5 years now, and he has taught me what it means to hold myself accountable and ensure that I’m working every day to help my clients achieve the best results possible.
