Often success and satisfaction feel just out of reach. And yet, as Canon Jonathan explains, even the riches of Solomon would leave us discontented. Still, it is good to enjoy pleasure in life, especially those simple, profound gifts that only God provides, as long as we also look beyond our brief span of days.
