joining Roper Kia's team, Ashley has shown immense growth, leading to her being awarded
Roper Kia Employee of the Year after just over a year on the job. She is known for her servant
leadership, ability to create efficient workflows, and unwavering commitment to cultivating a
positive and growth-oriented workplace culture.
Ashley's journey hasn't been without challenges, as she overcame an injury during a team
building day that impacted her CrossFit journey. However, she refused to give up and has
continued to push herself to achieve her goals. Ashley credits her change from a negative to a
positive mindset to Danelle Delgado's "Choose Joy" book, which has helped her face difficulties
with courage and focus on the positives.
Outside of work, Ashley and her husband Josh, who also works at Roper Kia, enjoy a variety of
activities including CrossFit, cooking, traveling, playing board games with friends, being active in
their church, and trying new activities like pickleball. Together, they have a 14-year-old Siberian
Husky furbaby named Nikki. Ashley is passionate about helping others choose joy in their lives,
