In this episode we are talking about Real Estate Appraising with Cynthia Schneider the Chief Strategy Officer for Beckstone Partners. Cynthia got her start in real estate in 2006, starting her first company in the appraisal space and expanding from there. Actively strategizing with clients, lenders and hedge funds through the market crash of 2008, she developed a passion for strategic active and passive investing. After selling her first firm, she focused her time in the passive space giving clients an inside look at market analysis and finding the emerging and re-emerging markets to focus on with high returns. She is a mother of four beautiful children and enjoys not only building a future for them, but helping other families secure their financial futures with diversified assets.
