Dave Sherwin is a certified fitness and nutrition coach, entrepreneur and practitioner of mindfulness and meditation. His passion is helping grownups navigate real-world business and life challenge to achieve their best health and wellness at any age.
He is also the creator and host of The Dirobi Health Show which covers health & wellness, including the latest in nutrition, exercise, supplements, and clinical studies.
Dave has used hard work, nutrition, supplementation, and science to obtain a high level of fitness in his own life. At the age of 47, he qualified for and competed in the triathlon Olympic Distance National Championships in Vermont and finished in the top 25% of all competitors. He completed a Spartan Beast in four hours, and last year at age 52 he set a personal best 405-pound deadlift. He is also an avid golfer with a single-digit handicap.
