Today, Dr. Michael Dauphinais speaks with Dr. Marc Guerra, Provost at Assumption University, about the Catholic approach to utopian and dystopian thought. Drawing from St. Augustine's City of God and the writings of Pope Benedict XVI, they discuss how Christianity offers hope amid the unrealistic promises of modern utopias and the fears of dystopian futures. They explore themes of human imperfection, gratitude, and a Christian understanding of progress.
