He is Brig. Vinod Dutta who belongs to such a family which holds a Limca book of records for sending maximum number of army officers to the Armed forces. He joined armed forces at a young age of 20 and he served in the insurgency areas of Kashmir & NE India. He also has seen action in Kargil war....
He wears several badges of honor and has numerous academic qualifications apart from his gallantry innings at the Forces. Brig. Vinod Dutta runs an academy for candidates where he trains them for the entrance to armed forces. Most of them come from humble background and receive a wholesale education, enabling a 360-degree change in their perspective towards life and nation. He is also known for planning war strategies and operations, commanded units, held prestigious staff & instructional assignments in India and abroad.
