Happy new year everybody. What’s the first thing everyone does to kick off the new year? They set goals. This Episode is All about goal setting! We start the episode by talking about goal setting and what a goal actually is in this context. Nicola touches on values and the importance of values when setting goals. We then dive into the acronym SMART, and elaborate on each individual letter to get a better understanding of how to put this goal setting strategy into action. We discuss how small incremental gains can get you to that long-term goal and why it is so hard for people to stick to their goals.
