Over a 10+ year period Howard Highsmith was a branch manager for three PC resellers and my sales staff produced significant revenue growth with each. Results in his first venture was a 234% growth over the previous period. He was then recruited to join a national reseller managing a two-person sales office that grew to 10 field sales persons with revenues topping $20M. Annual revenue growth was 952%. Finally, he became the Director of Sales for a regional network integration firm that had four sales offices. In his first year we were ranked 343 on the VAR 500 list and generated > $21,000,000 in managed services and product sales from $14.1m.
