Buscadores de la verdad

Soy Ramón Valero, conocido en internet como «Técnico preocupado». Soy un hombre trabajador y familiar cuya afición es escribir un blog y hacer podcasts para ayudar a otras personas que buscan la verdad dentro de este mundo. Un día esta búsqueda me llevó a descubrir unos supuestos actos atroces de violación de menores y satanismo perpetrados por altos cargos de un gobierno regional en España. Investigué y escribí sobre esta historia de la que otros medios importantes ya habían hablado, pero al informar ordenadamente de los hechos, empecé a ser considerado en Internet como quien mejor los había reflejado. Un día de 2016, los supuestos funcionarios infractores presentaron denuncias por injurias y calumnias a algunos de los pequeños creadores que habían comentado el tema en Internet, pero no a medios de renombre. Por este motivo, actualmente me encuentro en una causa con otras 8 personas en la que me piden 40 años por supuestamente haber injuriado y calumniado a estas personalidades y una fianza de 2 millones 400 mil euros. En estos 8 años han entrado en mi casa y la han registrado como si fuera un delincuente, me han investigado fiscalmente así como mis dispositivos informáticos sin encontrar ninguna prueba de criminalidad, que ya no he recuperado. La última «sorpresa judicial» ha sido decretar una orden de busca y captura contra mi persona por no haber sido notificada personalmente para ir a juicio, procedimiento que tuvo lugar hace dos años y yo tenía un abogado trabajando en el caso. Necesito ayuda, no puedo soportar la carga de tantos años en los que me están desangrando con los gastos de abogados y demás maquinaria judicial. Soy inocente, no he insultado ni calumniado a nadie. Los hechos que denunciaron están prescritos y sólo me hice eco de publicaciones anteriores debidamente contrastadas de importantes medios de comunicación que no han sido denunciados. Pretenden castigarme como ejemplo para que los creadores de contenidos en Internet se inhiban de ejercer su libertad de expresión y se autocensuren cuando toquen contenidos sensibles en los que políticos o jueces estén en entredicho, como en este caso. One day in 2016, the alleged violating officials made complaints of insults and slander to some of the small creators who had commented on the subject on the Internet, but not to renowned media. For this reason, I am currently in a case with 8 other people in which they are asking me for 40 years for allegedly having insulted and slandered these personalities and a bail of 2 million 400 thousand euros. In these 8 years they have entered my house and searched it as if I were a criminal, they have investigated me fiscally as well as my computer devices without finding any evidence of criminality, which I have no longer recovered. The latest "judicial surprise" was to decree an arrest warrant for me for not being personally notified to go to trial, a procedure that took place two years ago and I had a lawyer working on the case. I need help, I cannot bear the burden of so many years in which I am being bled dry with the costs of lawyers and other judicial machinery. I am innocent, I have not insulted or slandered anyone. The facts they reported are prescribed and I only echoed previous duly verified publications from important media that have not been reported. They are trying to punish me as an example so that content creators on the Internet inhibit themselves from exercising their freedom of expression and self-censor when touching sensitive content where politicians or judges are in question, as in this case.
