Will Lichtig, Chief of Staff at The Boldt Company joins Technical Director Adrian La Porta on this episode of the Built Environment Matters podcast.

'If you don't get in early enough, you're gonna foreclose many of the options that might otherwise exist to help the customer discover what might really be valuable to them.'
