For a practice that's been around for literally, thousands of years meditation seems to be getting another big 'heyday' in the 21st Century. Everywhere you turn people seem to recommend meditation as a practice to improve your physical and mental wellbeing. There are countless meditation apps and programs popping up left, right and centre. Meditation as a whole has really taken the world by storm.

But what happens if you just don't like meditation? If you've tried it and you can't stand it?
