Today I talk with my friend Jill Borchardt. Jill recently lost her father to esophageal cancer on July 22, 2018. During the last few years of his life, Jill was the primary caretaker. This role is often overlooked, but care taking is a reality that many of us will walk through. It is not for the fainthearted and it comes with an array of feelings that are difficult to manage. Today we talk about the process of walking a parent through an illness and the overwhelming emotions that accompany it.
