How to Be Intentional When Setting Your Goals with Dr. April Elliott
Manage episode 355617892 series 2832777
My guest today is Dr. April Elliott - an award-winning medical doctor, executive coach, consultant, writer, and speaker.
Dr. Elliott has been the Section Head (and program founder) of Adolescent and Emerging Adult health in a leading Canadian hospital for the past 21 years. And last, but definitely not least, I am proud to say she is one of my oldest (in years not age) and dearest friends.
During our conversation we cover everything from working with adolescents to working on your personal brand.
Other topics include:
Why everyone should live out their passion
The value of emotional regulation
How to set a goal and make it happen
How to figure out your core values
And why it’s ok not to be everyone’s cup of tea
I hope you enjoy the conversation and learn a few things to help you with your branding.
