It’s always nice to start a new year with new goals. It may not be for everybody to start in January but for others it works. Maybe you’re somebody who sets goals throughout the year. Are you putting too much on your plate or are you setting yourself up with a realistic goals? It’s important to us to share our experiences so you don’t feel like it’s over because you’re not feeling motivated, but if you do enough research and have reasons bigger than you, these can help. Depending on what life throws at you Sometimes we need to just put one foot in front of the other so as a whole it doesn’t seem so overwhelming. Sometimes just showing up is all that matters. To keep yourself on track listen in on some key tools Tiff and Jill use that help keep them going. Goal: during your health and fitness goals to maintain a healthy relationship with it is to keep it fun. If it ain’t fun then switch it up! Do what it takes to keep the energy high. Be creative! We would love your feed back or questions on this topic. We understand sometimes we need to break barriers on what holds us back from making decisions for our better health.
