What pain are you experiencing right now? Is it physical, mental, emotional? Whatever it is, you CAN transform it into something greater and in this episode of Bouncing Forward, my guest and amazing friend, Ashleigh Di Lello, is here to teach you how!

Ashleigh shares how we can overcome our physical and emotional pain by tapping into our subconscious minds. Everything she teaches is backed by neuroscience and has helped her overcome her own chronic pain.

My favorite thing she shared in this episode was, “What is now, doesn’t always have to be.” I think this is something we often forget or fail to believe. And I know after listen you’ll realize that whatever you are experiencing right now that is bringing you suffering or pain, doesn’t always have to be.

Ashleigh is a Professional Dancer on Broadway and TV shows like So You Think You Can Dance and Dancing With The Stars. At age 13, she was suddenly faced with a life-threatening illness that led to years of chronic pain, a broken metabolism, rapid weight gain, and a destructive relationship with her body and food. Through her study of neuroscience and a 20-year journey, she was able to conquer the emotional, physical, and mental battle in her life to become a successful Professional Dancer. Then in 2016, a failed hip surgery launched her body into widespread chronic pain and dysfunction. And for the last 4 years, she’s seen her body suffer the depths of unimaginable pain only to bounce forward from what was thought to be “impossible.”
