Phil Simms joins us in his Wednesday spot and we start with the game in Germany that Phil did on the radio. We talked about Daniel Jones’ performance against the Panthers and Phil said he’s seen this before over and over again. Phil doesn’t think the Giants are going to leapfrog Drew Lock for Tommy DeVito. We asked Phil if he thought Jon Gruden would be a good fit for the Jets, but Phil said the NFL will not welcome him back with open arms. He does think Gruden and Rodgers would be a good combo. He doesn’t think Gruden and Caleb Williams would be a good fit in Chicago. Phil could not believe how much the Cardinals rolled the Jets.
