A 'skill' is the ability to do something well. <-- This is multi-layered and complicated for perfectionists, particularly when efforting to achieve a goal.

The practicing part, the assessing what "well" means, the procrastination, people pleasing, hyper-productivity and pickiness - all contribute to that Perfectionist fight/flight skill development derailment.

But you can do it differently when you understand what's happening with your real life and your nervous system.

You're going to want to listen to this one a couple times so make sure you save it and share it with your recovering perfectionist friends.
