This podcast is for owners/founders of law firms. The show will have guests on that have their own founders story and can share various topics about the business of law. I hope to uncover how other law firms do their hiring and firing, marketing and advertising, and what vendors they use, how they track performance and so on. My aim as the host is to learn as much as I can from other lawyers and get to know my guests along the way so we can help each other's clients too.
