The arrest of Ismael "El Mayo" Zambada has led to significant tensions within the Sinaloa Cartel, one of Mexico's most powerful criminal organizations. As a long-standing leader, El Mayo's arrest has created a power vacuum, resulting in internal struggles for dominance.
