In todays episode we talk about Ego and how it can stop us achieving living authentically but how authenticity doesn't necessarily mean leaving our boundaries behind.
True spirituality is around living what is true to ourselves and our core values, once we sit back and realise what they are we can honestly start living a more authentic life that is fulfilling for us as individuals.
Remember, nobody is perfect and everybody must learn to be kinder to themselves then others will follow suit.
