EP47 Hey there, welcome to behind the feed! I am Josie Bullard and today I am chatting with Jessica Marx, named TOP FEMALE COACH by Yahoo! Finance and a member of Forbes Coaches Council.

Prior to launching her coaching business, she was overseeing national sales and corporate strategy for a multi-billion dollar start-up. She was responsible for managing over $100 million in budgets and over 500 employees. She worked alongside the CEO and Board of Directors to develop strategies for both the operational and sales divisions of the company.

After having her twins three years ago, she realized going back to an incredibly demanding career and working 80 hours a week wasn’t for for anymore. She wanted to be present for her babies so she tried to be a stay-at-home mom but quickly realized she couldn’t do that, either.

She needed to find a middle ground and that’s when she decided to take her experience of business growth and help other entrepreneurs achieve the same.

She applied everything she knew from her past businesses and was quickly able to scale her online business to 6-figures, built off of solid foundations, not what’s trending.

She realized she could still be wildly successful working minimal hours while being present as a mom and traveling.

Using that knowledge and experience, she applied it to help other entrepreneurs grow their businesses. She had watched so many men throughout her career feel no fear, test limits, and take risks and now she teach women to do the same. Let’s jump in!
