Over two decades, he has progressed from playing Rugby, being a barman and working in security, to running and owning locations that have made, and continue to make, a contribution to Canberra’s culture.
Frank chats about what he loves about the hospitality experience, how he finds good people to work with and why his competitive and restless nature means he’s unlikely to take it easy anytime soon.
