Cristy Gupton is a forward-thinking healthcare strategist and founder of Custom Benefits Solutions. She works directly with employer health plan sponsors to help them design “employer-built” healthcare not “insurer-built” healthcare. She decided to take a leap of faith in her career and built a new type of employee benefits consulting firm based on transparency.
