Today, she stands as the CEO of EHA Consultants, boasting a rich and diverse career trajectory. From bartending and managing bars to serving as a Distributor Specialist and Beverage Director, Emma's expertise spans various roles across 11 states.
Beyond her professional endeavors, she's a dedicated mentor and collaborator, passionate about advancing the industry. Emma's involvement extends to organizations like Women Who Whiskey, where she served as Co-President and her role on a major distributor's tasting committee for six years. Her global experiences include harvesting agave in Mexico and learning brewing techniques in Germany, where she assisted with unique beer creations for three US breweries. Committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, Emma is a vocal advocate and public speaker on bartender wellness and neurodiversity.
