Our first craft beer podcast episode of the year, sees us return to Helios Brewing Company in Brisbane, where we chat to their new head brewer - Jake Harrison.

Jake cut his teeth working for many years at Ballistic Beer Company just down the road from Helios in Salisbury, before making the shift to a more simple life brewing solo at the solar powered Helios.

In this episode, Jake talks us through the brew kit, runs through some samples of the beers he's been making (including the sell-out hit Dionysus Oat Cream DIPA), before sitting down for a chat about his career highlights (and some low lights).
