This is an installation from my monthly excursions into drum heavy, sampled soul grooves dubbed the Waxploitation Sessions. I always try to represent with tracks that are good by themselves as well as have some familiarity to hip hop heads bc some of the elements have been looped and refixed in some classic hip hop jams. But even if you're not familiar with them, it's a deep dive into some serious drum beats and grooves from the 70s and beyond.
