  • Capitalize on service department success
    • Based on People for Bikes reports this remains a bright spot in the industry right now - up 10% in February
    • Think about how many people bought bikes from you in 2020/2021…are they coming back in for repairs/maintenance? Maybe there is an educational opportunity here
    • It’s about more than selling your services - help your riders understand the benefits of basic maintenance
      • pumping up tires, routine safety checks, flat-resistant parts and accessories
      • maybe a free clinic for your community? Women’s and non-binary events?
      • have a quick turnaround time on scheduled repairs, talk about it!
    • Lil Google my business and Facebook page maintenance reminder
    • Helping folks use the bikes they already have is a great marketing and business tactic
  • Tech tip: Supplier Sync Exclusion Settings
    • If you haven’t reviewed your current settings in a while, it’s worth a look
      • Maybe you should remove some exclusions to open up what’s offered
      • Are brands or categories showing up that you don’t support?
      • We’ve added Suppliers for Fulfillment/Drop Shipping, why not let them fulfill more products?
