Growing up, my parents always made sure simple etiquette like saying "sorry" when you offend someone or saying "thank you" when you're grateful was a part of me.

They go to the extent of rewarding and punishing us (my brother and I) when we use those words in the right context at the right time. But, little did I know they were impacting something huge into our lives.

Couple months ago, I had the opportunity to see behind the scenes of a multi-million advertising agency that run campaigns for large corporations and entities and I saw them use these magical two-worded phrase to bring tons of business to their clients.

Up until then, I didn't know how powerful those words could be!

Some weeks ago, I realized how even more powerful these two word phrase as I was on the receiving end of this strategy and I thought to myself...

"What if I consciously use this strategy in my business as well..."
