The business of sales has always been about building trust and delivering value. But we rarely hear anything about being "personal" Perhaps it was because it was seen (from an old school point of view) as being weak, lazy even lack confidence.

That was before March 2020.

Today the business of selling is personal first!

During and after a crisis, its a very different ball game,

The fundamentals of selling remain the same, but the order has shifted.
