AmeriCorps NCCC "Took my weaknesses and made them my strengths"
"Sell out - realize you are not a sell out and move to an organic hippie farm"
- First year generation college student
- VISTA wasn't the best fit but found NCCC and that was a game changer!
- Intentionally decided to be a Corps member and not an Leader during NCCC year
- Visit Silver Falls State Park | Craig was a waterfall repair man you can see his handy work if you walk behind the falls!
- The Way Out Formally incarcerated individuals finding higher paying jobs to improve their lives
- "My goal is to do no harm" President Barack Obama's advise while Craig was working for him was "Be Useful" Be Kind, Be Useful, Be Fearless!
- Bucket List - Peace Corps - February 2020 turned into a 17,000 mile road trip turned into an introspective journey that brought me closer to my values.
- Travel Twerps! - Love of travel and love of discomfort | capturing stories for future child to take risks and live cheaply and dangerously sometimes to get what you really want out of life
